The chair transforms into three positions, shifting from a bench to a one-person seat. Multiple kerf bending techniques were explored, ultimately leading to the successful use of a zig-zag method on a single continuous piece of wood. The modular blocks were cast from recycled materials found in the shop, using leftover resin. One block playfully incorporates gummy bears, offering a light-hearted critique of the seriousness often associated with construction, and inviting a rethinking of everyday objects as potential building materials.
