i wanna know the whole love

"I Wanna Know the Whole Love" is built from many layers—each one a trace of text, diary entries, and half-formed thoughts about love. Words were written, rewritten, and eventually painted over, leaving behind only their emotional residue. What was once clear becomes obscured, blurred into color, gesture, and rhythm. The piece holds the confusion, intensity, and longing that often accompany love—especially the parts we can’t quite name or understand. It’s a search for something whole in what is inherently fragmented. As with much of my work, this painting explores how memory and emotion take shape through erasure, layering, and the tension between presence and absence.
